Hi, I’m Andie!
Mom of three little ones, an Intellectual Property Lawyer turned Health and Life Coach, and a woman who’s been through a lot when it comes to hormonal health. You might be thinking, “This is an unusual career shift, right?” Let me share why I made this leap—it’s all rooted in my personal journey.
I’ve battled hormonal imbalances my entire life. From PCOS and endometriosis that left me frustrated with doctors’ lack of answers to the storm of perimenopause that hit me at 39, I’ve lived through it. Night sweats, inexplicable weight gain despite my “perfect” diet and exercise routine, and something I now know as “perimenopause rage” (yes, it’s real!) left me feeling completely lost and misunderstood.
