I’m Andie, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and I specialize in helping women over 35 regain control of their health, hormones, and confidence during perimenopause.

Why I Do This Work
Like many women, I once struggled with the frustration of weight gain, exhaustion, and feeling off despite doing “all the right things.” After years of research, certifications, and deep personal experience, I discovered that traditional weight loss advice does not work for women in perimenopause.
