I’m Andie, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and I specialize in helping women over 40 regain control of their health, hormones, and confidence during perimenopause.

I know firsthand how overwhelming this phase can be—one moment, you’re thriving, and the next, your body feels like it’s betraying you. Unexplained weight gain, mood swings, sleepless nights, and constant fatigue start creeping in, making you wonder, “What is happening to me?”

The truth is, your body is not broken—your hormones are shifting, and you need a new approach that actually works with these changes, not against them.
 

Why I Do This Work

Like many women, I once found myself overwhelmed by a body and mind that no longer felt like mine. The exhaustion, the mood swings, the weight that wouldn’t budge, the constant sense that something was off—even though I was doing everything right.

What I needed back then wasn’t another diet, or more pressure to fix myself.
I needed someone who could see the whole picture.
Someone who could listen—really listen—without judgment.
Someone who could help me connect the dots between what I was feeling and what was actually happening inside me.

That’s the kind of coach I strive to be.

My work is about holding space for women in this often messy, confusing transition. I combine science, strategy, and deep empathy to help you understand your hormones, shift your mindset, and build a way forward that feels doable, compassionate, and aligned with who you truly are.

This isn’t just about nutrition. It’s about being seen, supported, and guided back to yourself.
