About Andie
I work with women and men who are done fighting their bodies
and ready to live with more ease, clarity, and self-trust.
My approach is grounded in science, nervous-system awareness, and lived experience —
but above all, it’s deeply human.
Before this work, I lived in high responsibility, high performance, and chronic pressure.
I know what it’s like to override the body, ignore the signals, and keep going anyway.
That experience changed how I coach.
I don’t believe in extreme solutions or one-size-fits-all answers.
I help people listen, understand, and build a life that actually supports them.
This is not about optimization.
It’s about quality of life.
